Ketchup & Mayonnaise Production Lines

Lines are intended for the production of ketchups and sauces with a productivity of 300 and 1000 kg/h of finished product.
The special feature of line is the automatic tracking of the temperature of preheating, temperature of pasteurization, and also the presence of the system of the dearator of product, which as a whole makes it possible to obtain the production of high quality without the addition of preservatives and dyes.
The sauces and ketchup, prepared on the proposed technology (with the duration), have increased period of storage (to 4-6 month.)
At will of customers the lines can be completed by the automata of the packing of product into different container with the subsequent corking "twist-off".
Standard assembly of the lines:
This mini fabric for producing mayonnaise, ketchup and sunup and another source are particularly depending on a high European technology of pasteurizing the product and packing what ever the factorer need depending on the packing machine.
With this mini fabric the factorer can get even a plastic cup or plastic bottles.
