PRESS OF THE FINAL SQUEEZING OF OIL Basic knots of the press: bed, straining camera, auger shaft, drive. Press M8-MSHP serves for the continuous squeezing of oil from the seeds of Corn, sunflower, Soya, rape, cotton, mustard, flax and other oily cultures. Technical characteristics:
Operating principle: Source material - pulp (ground and heated seeds of Sunflower, Corn or other oily cultures), which corresponds to quality and free from the ferromagnetic substances and the impurities, will be given into the feeder of press, and from there into the screw extruder. In the press is produced the continuous mechanical separation of the liquid and solid phases of seeds by the pressure, created due to the special construction of auger shaft and straining camera during the passage of material.
Technical characteristics:
Equipment works as follows: The seeds of Corn or sunflower, preliminarily purified of husk on the complex of DANFAC.M6-CLN, are filled up into feed bin 1, are transported by helical conveyer 2 into receiving bunker 4, from it into magnetic separator 5, where the raw material is cleaned of the ferromagnetic admixtures. Then under the action of gravitational force seeds fall on crushing into rolling machine tool 6. The ground seeds (crushed kernel and fruit) are poured out into second feed bin 1. In conveyer 8 crushed kernel and fruit, which is fed from feed bin 1 under the action of temperature, is softened, it become soft and it will be given into the press of final squeezing 10. The pressed material by auger vacuum is moved on the free space between the straining cylinder and the auger shaft, completely filling entire it’s and free volume of channel. The compression of crushed kernel and fruit with its moving on the straining cylinder is achieved by the sequential decrease of the free volume of the pressing circuit. Pressure appears from side walls of turns as a result of the similar action of the particles of the material, moved from the last auger turn with the large free volume. Under the effect of pressure from the compressed crushed kernel and fruit liquid part (oil), is separated, and solid particles are pressed into the cockleshell (oilcake). With the compression of crushed kernel and fruit occurs the decrease of the spaces between the particles, which leads to the extrusion of oil. During the significant packing of particles themselves (their deformation and the fusion) wrings out a basic quantity of oil. Oil penetrates the clearances to straining cylinder and it is gathered on the pan and merges into capacity 13 with the subsequent pumping by its pump 16 into the capacity for the collection of oil. The oilcake, which is poured out of the presses, is transported from the section by conveyer screw of 12. The principle of the operation of complex: Is based on the filtration of vegetable oil through the layer of the pearlier, washed to the drum with the aid of the vacuum. During the rotation the vacuum- drum dips into the bath with oil, oil is sucked in through the filter surface area of drum into the receiver. Operating principle: Line is the construction, installed on the general base. Source material (product) - filtered oil - will be given into the neutralizer through the special branch pipe. A quantity of loaded initial product is determined by the level indicator. After load the initial product heated by el.heater elements or by vapor to the temperature, required according to technological instruction. The circulation of initial product with the heating is ensured by pump. To heated oil by hand is added the solution of orthophosphoric acid, whose necessary quantity is determined also by technological instruction. The quantity of solution of alkali necessary for the neutralization will be given with the measuring device of alkali, which has level indicator, through the ejector. The soap formed during the neutralization is separated on the installation of vacuum filtration DANFAC.M6-RVL. Automatic filling machine |
