The plant for sterilizing and cooling products A9-KLIU/1 is developed for sterilization and cooling puree-like half-finished products intended for long-term storage in aseptic conditions.

The plant consists of the two units: sterilizing and cooling units.

Principle of operation.

The plant is placed indoors and consists of the charging bunker, that accepts raw products; heater, where the product is heated being mixed with steam; sterilizer , where the product is sterilized within required time with the temperature it received in the heater; and atmospheric cooler communicating with the atmosphere. Inside the plant, the pump transports the product.

The plant for cooling is placed outdoors. From the sterilizing unit the product with the help of the pump is delivered in the cooling unit. The cooling plant consists of the vacuum cooler, where the product is cooled finally; pump that provides delivery of the sterile product through the distributor to the reservoirs; and ejector-jet condenser that creates vacuum for cooling. There is automatic control over all technological operations available.
